摘要
目的了解哈尔滨市道里区居民食用盐中碘含量,准确地掌握碘缺乏病的流行动态,发现问题并采取相应的干预措施,保证居民食用合格碘盐。方法采取随机抽样并定量检测居民食用盐样本,用GB/T13025.7-1999氧化还原滴定法。结果2006~2008年道里区居民碘盐覆盖率均>93%,并逐年上升;3年间的居民碘盐合格率均>96%,并呈稳定状态;3年间的居民合格碘盐食用率均>92%。结论加碘食盐的推广、普及工作已经取得了一定的成效,但是要取缔非碘盐,实现全民食用碘盐,必须长期坚持食用合格碘盐。
Objective To explore the iodine content of household consumption of salt in Daoli District of Harbin,to grasp exactly epidemic state of iodine deficiency,as well as to find problems and take measures to ensure the salt be qualified in time.Methods We took randomization and detected iodine content of household salt by GB/T13025.7-1999 redox titration.Results From 2006 to 2008,the fraction of coverage of iodine salt among the local residents in Daoli District salt was over 93 % and went up year by year.The rate of qualified salt was over 96 % and offered steady state,the intake rate of qualified iodine salt was over 92 %.Conclusion We have gained some progress in extending and popularizing the intake of iodized salt,but we must insist on intaking qualified iodine salt in order to prohibit non-iodine salt.
