循证护理在戒毒者康复护理中的应用效果

EFFICACY OF EVIDENCE-BASED NURSING IN DRUG REHABILITATION

目的:探讨循证护理在戒毒工作中的应用效果,为戒毒者的康复寻求科学有效的护理措施。方法:将120例戒毒者随机分为研究组和对照组,各60例,研究组实施为期8周的循证护理,对照组实施普通护理。采用护士用住院患者观察量表(NOSIE)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)以及住院精神病人康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)进行临床效果评价。结果:干预前,NOSIE,SCL-90,IPROS量表评分,两组比较差异无显著性(P均>0.05),干预后,NOSIE,SCL-90,IPROS各量表评分,研究组明显好于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.001)。结论:在戒毒者的康复护理中,纳入循证护理能使临床护理活动完善,能使戒毒者得到更好的康复。

Objective.： To explore the efficacy of evidence - based nursing （EBN） in drug rehabilitation and look for scientific and effective nursing method for patients on drug rehabilitation. Methods：One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into study group （n = 60） and control group（n =60）. Study group was treated with EBN for 8 weeks, and control group treated with routine nursing. The clinical effect was evaluated by Nurses Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation（ NOSIE）, Symptom Checklist 90 （ SCL - 90 ） and Inpatient Psychiatric Rehabilitation Outcome Scale （ IPROS ）. Results ： Compared with control group, study group showed no difference in SCL -90 and IPROS（ P 均 〉 0. 05 ） before intervention, while after intervention, study group indicated significant difference in NOSIE, SCL - 90 and IPROS （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion ： Using EBN in drug rehabilitation can improve clinical nursing, and help patients obtaining better rehabilitation.
