本文简述了国内中医药临床试验研究的现状,简要总结了中医药国际多中心临床研究的概况,分析了中医药走出国门参与国际多中心临床评价所面临和亟待解决的一些问题,试图为推动中医药国际化进程提供新的思路和参考。

This article characterize the current situation of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） clinical research in China. The general situation of multi-center international TCM clinical trials was briefly summarize.The problems encountered was illustrated when perform TCM multi-center clinical trial in overseas,which provide some helpful suggestion and thinking for the promotion internationalization of TCM.
