利用菌种的自然突变进行“出发菌株Ⅱ”的自然分离，从用肉眼选出的22株菌中，经初筛选选出650u／10ml以上高产菌株8株，再经过复筛选出780u／100ml的活力菌株2株，命名为“6‘＃、8’＃”。用于胞外酶的生产，月平均酶活5975u／100ml。经验证，“6‘＃、8‘＃”高产菌产菌适用于胞外青霉素酸化酶的生产。
