摘要
目的对狗枣猕猴桃[Actinidia kolomikta(Rupr.et Maxim.)Planch]叶的三萜成分进行分离鉴定。方法利用多种色谱手段对化学成分分离纯化,用波谱及化学的方法确定其结构。结果分离得到的化合物鉴定为3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-2α,3β,6β,19α,21β,23-六羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸。结论该化合物为新化合物。
OBJECTIVE To separate and identify the triterpenoid constituents of the leaves of Actinidia kolomikta (Rupr.et Maxim.) Planch. METHODS Multi-chromatographic methods were used for the isolation and purification. Structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis. RESULTS The compound was identified as 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-2α, 3β, 6β, 19α, 21β, 23-hexahydroxylolean-12-en-28-oic acid. CONCLUSION This compound is a new compound.
