摘要
采用离子交换树脂DEAE纤维素对短乳杆菌葡萄糖异构酶进行固定化,并用固定化细胞使葡萄糖异构化为果糖。研究了制备固定化细胞最佳条件,而且与戊二醛交联法、海藻酸钙包埋法作了比较。还研究了固定化细胞的性质及连续转化的最佳条件。用DEAE纤维素固定化具有酶活力高、回收率高、机械强度好、成本低等优点。
lucose isomerase from Lactobacillus brevis was immobilized by ion exchange resin DEAEcellulose,and glucose was isomerized to fructose by the immobilized cells.The optimum conditions of preparation for immobilized were studied and the results were compared with that of valeric dialdehyde crosslink and calcium alginate embedment methods.The DEAE Some merits of DEAEcollulose immobilization were as follows:high enzyme activity,high recovery rate,strong mechanical strength,low cost and so on.The property of immobilized cells and the optimum conditions of its continuous conversion were also studied.
