摘要
[目的]研究不同植物的比叶面积与叶生物量的相关关系。[方法]以福州市24种常见绿化植物为试验对象,测定了其叶片干鲜重、叶面积及比叶面积并研究了不同物种的比叶面积对生物量增加的响应模式。[结果]回归分析表明,所有试验植物的叶面积(LA)与叶生物量(LM)均呈极显著正相关关系,6种植物在LA与LM之间的异速生长指数大于1.0,18种植物的异速生长指数小于1.0,24个植物物种异速生长指数的平均值为0.96。LA与(LM)0.94成正比。所有试验植物的叶片水分含量(MW)与LM均呈极显著正相关关系,8种植物在MW与LM之间的异速生长指数大于1.0,2种植物的异速生长指数为1.0,14种植物的异速生长指数小于1.0。MW与(LM)0.96成正比。[结论]不同物种的叶面积和叶生物量之间的异速生长指数和常数存在显著差异。
[ Objective ] The aim was to research the correlations between specific leaf area (SLA) and leaf biomass ( LM ) of different plant species. [ Method ] With the 24 common greening plant species in Fuzhou City as test objects,their dry and fresh leaf weights, leaf areas (LA ) and SLA were measured and the response models of SEA to biomass increasing of different species were researched. [ Result ] The regression analysis showed that the LA of all the tested plants showed extremely significantly positive correlation with their LM ; the allometry indexes between LA and LM of 6 plant species were bigger than 1.0 and that of 18 plant species were smaller than 1.0 ; the average allometry index of the 24 plant species was 0.96. LA was proportional to ( LM ) 0.94. The water content in leaf ( MM) of all the tested plants showed extremely significantly positive correlation with their LM ; the allometry indexes between MW and Lm of 8 plant species were bigger than 1.0, that of 2 plant species were 1.0 and that of 14 plant species were smaller than 1.0 MW was proportional to (LM)0.96. [ Conclusion] The allometry indexes and constants between LA and LM of different species had significant difference.
