摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法测定不同产地金钗石斛茎的石斛碱含量。结果表明,贵州赤水产金钗石斛石斛碱含量最高(0.65%),罗甸产金钗石斛石斛碱含量最低(0.04%);石斛碱在0.01～0.05μg范围内线性关系良好。
Dendrobine content in Dendrobium nobile Rolfe from different areas was determined by RP-HPLC method. The results showed that dendrobine content in D. nobile from Chishui of Guizhou was the highest （0.65%） , and that in D. nobile from Luodian of Guizhou was the lowest （0.04%）. The linear relationship of dendrobine was good in 0.01 -0.05 μg.
