不育枸杞花药营养物质代谢与花粉败育的关系 被引量:17

摘要 [目的]研究不育枸杞花药营养物质代谢与花粉败育的关系,为枸杞不育系花粉败育机制研究提供理论依据。[方法]运用半薄切片和细胞化学染色技术,对枸杞不育系和可育系花药营养物质积累和分布状况进行观察和比较分析。[结果]与可育系相比,不育系花药减数分裂后,淀粉粒在药隔薄壁组织中骤减,表皮和药室内壁中的淀粉粒也大幅减少,绒毡层没有脂质积累;绒毡层和四分孢子先后发生液泡化,进入解体过程。[结论]药隔维管束多糖供应下降,导致绒毡层细胞糖脂转化机制发生紊乱,由此引发了绒毡层提前进入细胞程序性死亡过程,四分孢子因营养匮乏,最终解体。 [ Objective ] The aim was to research the relation between nutrient metabolism in anther and pollen abortion of male sterility in Lyeium barbarum L., and provide some theoretical reference for studying pollen abortion mechanism of male sterility in Lycium barbarum L.. [ Method] Using semi-thin section and cytochemistry technology, the nutrient accumulation and distribution of anther of male sterility and fertile lines in Lycium barbarum L. were observed and compared. [ Result] The result showed that after meiosis, starch grains in the connective parenchyma of anther decreased sharply, and starch grain in the epidermis and endothecium were also greatly decreased, while almost no lipid accumulated in tapetal ceil in male sterility lines compared to the fertile lines. The tapetum and microspore tetrad was vacuolation, and entered the disintegrating process. [ Conclusion] The polysaccharide of anther vascular supplying decreased led to the mechanism of glycolipid translating lipid in tapetal cells appeared disorder, which triggered the tapetal ceils disintegrating ahead of time, and the microspore of tetrad due to lack of nutrition disintegrated ultimately.
