摘要
目的探讨白细胞介素(IL)-5在青霉素过敏反应中作用及其与IgE和IgG的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定了47例青霉素过敏病人(速发型、迟发型过敏反应病人分别为36例和11例)血清中的IL-5。采用放射过敏原吸附试验(RAST)、ELISA测定34例病人血清中的9种特异性IgE、总IgE和2种特异性IgG。结果青霉素过敏病人血清中IL-5水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。速发型和迟发型青霉素过敏病人血清中IL-5水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。特异性IgE抗体阴性的青霉素过敏病人血清中IL-5与多种特异性IgE抗体呈负相关(P<0.05)。青霉素过敏病人血清中IL-5与总IgE、特异性IgG无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论IL-5在青霉素过敏反应中起重要作用。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship of IL-5 and IgE/IgG antibodies in senun ofpenicillins allergic patients. METHODS The study included 47 allergic patients: 36 patients with immediate hypersensitivity reactions (IHR), 11 patients with delayed hypersensitivity reactions (DHR). IL-5 levels in serum of all patients were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Radioallergosorbent test (RAST) and ELISA were used to determine 9 kinds of specific IgE antibodies, total IgE and two kinds of IgG in serum of 34 allergic patients. RESULTS The level of IL-5 in serum of allergic patients was higher than that of control group (P〈0.05). The levels of IL-5 in serum of patients with IHR or DHR were also higher than that of control group, respectively (P〈0.05). The results indicated that the serum level of IL-5 had significant correlations with specific IgE in allergic patients whose specific IgE antibodies were negative (P〈0.05). There was no significant correlations between IL-5 and specific IgG/total IgE(P〉0.05). CONCLUSION IL-5 plays an important role in penieillins allergy.
