CFRP筋增强混凝土偏心受压柱受力性能的试验研究 被引量:15

摘要 通过对10根全CFRP筋混凝土柱的偏心受压静载试验,研究不同偏心距、配筋率和混凝土强度对其破坏特征、柱中截面应变分布和侧向挠度的影响。试验结果表明:CFRP筋混凝土偏心受压柱有较高的承载力能力;在混凝土压碎时,CFRP纵筋保持完好,能有效地发挥其增强作用;受压区的CFRP纵筋的应变波动范围较小,一般在0.0035—0.004之间,受拉区的CFRP纵筋的应变波动范围较大,在0.0035—0.0065之间。基于平截面假定,给出用失效模式和CFRP筋的受力状态作为承载力计算分界点的承载力计算方法,承载力的理论计算结果与试验结果符合较好,可供实际工程参考。 Ten CFRP reinforced concrete columns under eccentric loading were tested to study the effects of experimental parameters, such as eccentricity distance, reinforcement ratio and concrete strength, on the failure pattern, the strain distribution and the lateral deformation. The experimental results indicate that the columns reinforced by CFRP developed high bearing capacity, and the CFRP tendons remained in good condition before the crush of concrete. The longitudinal reinforcement strain in CFRP ranged from 0. 0035 to 0. 004 in the compression area and 0. 0035 to 0.0065 in the tensile area. Base on plane-section assumption, a method for calculation of the bearing capacity, considering failure pattern and condition of CFRP tendons as the demarcation point, was proposed and the calculation results were in good agreement with the experimental results.
