摘要
为了实现钢厂的信息化管理,为生产者和客户提供准确的产品信息,设计开发了光电在线检测记录系统。介绍了该系统的硬件组成、配置、主要功能以及软件实现。经过生产线的实践表明:系统运行稳定,操作方便、灵活,数据采集和存储及时,查询方便快捷,系统的先进性和可靠性都达到了预期的指标。
In order to realize information management in steel plant, and provide exact product information for the producer and customers, an opto-electronic online measuring and recording system is designed. The composition, configuration, main functions and software implementation of the on-ling measuring ＆ recording system is introduced. The operation of the production line proves that the system features stable running, simple and flexible operation, timely data collecting and recording, convenient and quick querying. The system achieves anticipated targets --advanced performance and reliability.
