摘要
通过对空分预冷系统垢样、冷却水质、工艺过程的综合分析,总结了预冷器产生严重结垢的原因,指出低温、过饱和、高pH值、粗糙度是系统产生CaCO3.5H2O结垢物的主要因素;提出了具体技改方案,方案落实后运行了两年,无再结垢发生。
The Reasons for serious scaling of pre cooler are reviewed through comprehensive analysis on the scaling sample, cooling water and process of the ASU pre - cooling system. Low temperature, over - saturated, high pH value, and roughness are considered as the main factors to cause CaCO3·5H2O scaling. Necessary technical measures are applied to achieve good results.
