摘要
针对原甲醇装置换热式纯氧二段转化工艺的改造,根据反应方程式结合实际运行情况,利用物料平衡、热量平衡及物质守衡基本原理,对物料及能量变化进行了分析,计算得到合适的碳氢比和应加入的二氧化碳的量。对改造前后转化工艺的情况进行了比较。
According to the reaction equation combined with practical operation condition, based on the basic principles such as material balance, heat balance and matter conservation, changes in materials and energy are analyzed for the heat - exchanged oxygen two - stag reformer in the methanol production. Suitable carbon hydrogen ratio as well as suitable amount of carbon dioxide are obtained through calculation. At the same time, comparison of the reforming process before and after reconstruction are done.
