故障诊断技术在空气压缩机故障诊断中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 尼龙厂新醇酮装置空气压缩机为离心压缩机,在投入运行后,发现低压缸转子振值过高,为了找出转子振值过高的原因,并有针对性的解决问题,利用中国石油在线监测系统,对该空气压缩机进行状态监测,做出相应的频谱图,与各种故障特征进行对比。应用设备故障诊断技术对监测所得数据和图表进行分析,认为转子振值过高的原因是由于转子质量不平衡造成的,可以利用现场动平衡技术,即可将振值由50.8μm/60.5μm降到18.2μm/20.0μm,解决了空气压缩机转子振动问题。 The air compressor of the new alcohol ketone plant of nylon factory is centrifugal compressor. The vibration value of low pressure cylinder rotor was found too high after nmning the equipment. In order to solve this problem, the state monitoring on the air compressor with the Petrechina online detection system was carried out. The corresponding frequency spectrogram was got and by comparison it with that of the fault characteristics, the data and charts got through the equipment fault diagnosis technique were analyzed. It indicates that the reason that caused the problem was the unbalanced rotor mass, the vibration value should be dropped from 50. 8μm/60.5μm to 18.2μm/20.0μn with the site dynamic balance technology in order to solve the rotor vibration problem of the air compressor.
