可控狭缝光阑在光电探测靶中的应用研究

摘要 针对新研制的光电探测靶受背景光影响问题,提出将矩形活动狭缝应用于光电探测靶的设计,形成可控探测光幕幕厚,减弱强背景光的影响,提高光电探测靶的探测性能与测量精度;分析光幕幕厚与探测输出信号的关系;设计可控狭缝光阑,分析可调光阑对测量精度的影响,狭缝光阑设计在0.1~0.4mm连续可调。利用计算机与单片机相结合技术,实现远程准实时自适应调节,并将该方法应用于研制的LBS-1型立靶测量精度系统中,经实弹实验,采用可控光阑措施,可以改善光电探测靶探测性能。 About the question that the light affect the performance of the new optic-electric detecting fire, the method of adjustable rectangular slit which can form controllable the thickness of detecting lightscreen was put forward in order to weaken the influence of the light, and improve the detect performance and the measure accuracy in the designs of the optic-electric detecting fire. The relation between the thickness of detect light-screen and the signal of detect output was analyzed. Designed Controllable slit and analyzed the influence of the measure accuracy that adjustable rectangular slit has bring, the rectangular slit was continuous and adjustable in the between 0. 1mm and 0. 4mm. The technology that computer and single chip was combined was used to realize the aim of real-time adjusting the rectangular slit in the long distance. The method has been applied in the fire measuring system of LBS-1. According to Reality bullet experiment, the method can improve the performance of the optic-electric detecting fire.
