摘要
对碳纤维增强复合材料带缺口试样进行了冲击断裂的试验研究。利用冲击摆锤试验,测定了冲击力、冲击点位移以及能量转换的瞬态值。试验表明,纤维沿土45°铺层优于0°铺层,具有较好的抗冲击能力。同时采用有限元和工程梁方法对试件分层剥离过程的应力、位移场及冲击能进行了分析,并探讨了碳纤维增强复合材料的断裂机理。
An experimental investigation for the notched specimens of the composites reinforced with carbon fibers under Impact loading Is presented.Using ballistic pendulum test,the transients of impact forces,displacements and energy absorbing are estimated.It Is shown that the composites with ang-ply(45°/-45°)are bettor than those with unidirectional fibers for impact resistance.The finite element method and simple beam theory are introduced to analyze the stress and displacement field as well as impact energy before and after delaminatlon.Impact mechanism for the fiber reinforce composites also has been investigated.
