摘要
定性分析了比例阀控制中脉冲宽度调制(PWM)频率的影响因素,得出了PWM控制中PWM频率与比例阀时间常数相关的性质,说明了比例阀PWM控制中PWM频率的取值趋势。给出了在可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)上实现PWM控制的方法和误差分析,实现了比例阀的PWM控制算法,得到了在复杂液压系统中使用CPLD控制的可行性结论。
The factors of controlling PWM frequence in electrohydraulic proportional valve are analyzed qualitatively, the characteristics that the PWM frequence is related to the time constant of proportional valve are got, and how to change the PWM frequence value is explained. Based on conclusion got, the method about how to implement PWM control and analyse the error on CPLD is given. The control algorithm for proportional valve is implemented and the conclusion is got that the control of complex hydraulic system by CPLD is feasible.
