摘要
增量式数字阀是某型号导弹发射车液压系统的核心控制元件,它控制着系统中各执行元件的速度及运动方向。基于Matlab/Simulink仿真环境对数字阀进行了动态特性仿真及精度分析,从理论上分析了数字阀的精度,阐明了进一步提高精度的方向,为数字阀性能提高提供理论依据。
The incremental digital valve is used as the central control unit of hydraulic system in some missile launching vehicle, which controls the velocity and direction of the hydraulic actuator. Based on the Matlab/Simulink, digital valve is simulated on its dynamic characteristics and precision. The precision of digital valve is theoretically analyzed. The way of further improving precision is elucidated. The simulation result offers a theory reference to improve the performance of the digital valve.
