摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法测定饮料中的微量苯的方法。采用蒸馏法提取饮料中的苯,以保留时间定性,外标法定量,并用加标回收的方法进行验证。结果表明:苯在0.5~50.0μg/L范围内线性相关系数为0.997,回收率在75%~96%之间,相对标准偏差为2.6%,检出限为0.4μg/L。该方法简单、准确、灵敏度高,适合于饮料中微量苯的测定。
A method of determining trace benzene in drinks by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was developed. Benzene in drinks was distilled, the retention time was used for qualitation and the external standard for quantitation, and the method was verified by recovery. The results indicated that the linear range was 0.5 - 50.0 μg/L with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.997, and that the relative standard deviation (RSD) and detection limit were 2.6% and 0.4 μg/L, respectively. Enjoying the advantages of simplicity, good accuracy and high sensitivity, the method was suitable for the determination of trace benzene in drinks.
