摘要
绝对辐射计以入射光和电功率加热交替定标的方式来测量光辐照度,探测器对温度变化的响应速度(由时间常数确定),探测器所能检测的最小辐照度等都是绝对辐射计的重要参数,这些参数是评定探测器质量优劣的标准,也是影响绝对辐射计测量结果的重要因素。用新的电子学系统,在自测试过程中,通过加热丝的低功率加热和高功率加热两个阶段的测试,分析计算得出了探测器的时间常数、响应度、噪声、最小可探测辐照度和测量灵敏度等指标,结果表明探测器的时间常数为11.24s,响应度为3.2145×10-3,测量灵敏度为0.0700Wm-2,各参数满足绝对辐射计测量太阳辐照度的要求。
The solar irradiance measurement of the absolute radiometer is realized by the method of the radiometer reception and the electrical calibration inter-calibration, the response rate to the temperature changing of the detector (determined by the time const) and the least radiometer that the detector could find are the parameters that very important to the absolute irradiance. In the processing of the self test, using the new electric system, through the two phase of adding small heating power and big heating power on the heater thread, gets the time const, response rate, and minimum radiometer detection of the detector. The experiment shows that the time const is 11.24 seconds, and the response rate is 3. 2145× 10^-3 , and the sensitive is 0. 0700Wm^-2. All the parameters meet the requirement of the absolute radiometer to measure the solar radiometr.
