摘要
平网喷蜡制网机是印染行业的关键设备,采用平网喷蜡制网机可直接完成印染丝网制作;为了提高平网喷蜡机的运行精度,设计了基于微机控制的全闭环位置控制系统,首先在硬件电路上采用微机加数字电路的方式进行运动测控,摒弃采用纯软件计数方式的运动位置测量,提高了测控的实时性和精度,其次在X轴上采用松下伺服驱动器和长光栅构成全闭环的位置控制系统,在Y轴用伺服电机驱动喷头,使喷蜡头在上下来回的运动过程中完成图像的喷绘;采用此控制系统的平网喷蜡机的喷绘精度远远高于圆网喷蜡机和激光照排机。
The flat--screen wax--jet web machine is the key equipment in the Printing and Dyeing Industry and screen printing procedure can be finished directly with the kind of machine. The paper introduces the design of the control system with MCU and digital circuit for the flat--screen wax--jet web machine which can control the machine movements and spray--painting operations. With the control system, the machine is operated to move in the closed--loop position control in X axis with the Panasonic servo motors, drivers and gratings and to finish spray painting with spray gun during the movements in Y axis.
