摘要
将PLC和通信技术相结合,提出了基于PLC及Web的远程水厂在线监测系统;分析了系统的体系结构、模块功能层次关系;讨论了PC与PLC长距离通信原理和通信接口的硬件连接方法;介绍了利用Winsock控件进行客户机与服务器的通信方式;给出了用VB 6.0实现远程监控的关键技术和核心程序;实践表明,该系统具有传输数据可靠、实时性强、成本较低和扩展性好等优点,具有一定的推广价值。
By combining PLC with communication, a kind of remote on-line monitoring system of water plant was presented. The system structure, each function module arrangement were analyzed; The principle of remote communication and hardware connection of in terface with PC and PLC were discussed. With Winsock control, the method for communication with client and server were Introduced. The key technology and essential programs in VB6. 0 were illustrated. The practice shows that the system has reliable transmission of data, real time, low cost, and better scalability, which have a promotional value .
