摘要
针对虚拟样机结构参数优化设计问题,采用灵敏度分析的方法确定各结构参数对目标函数的影响显著性,并获得对目标函数有重要影响的结构参数;利用序列二次规划算法与虚拟样机融合,实现了对结构参数的优化,研究结果表明该结构具有较大的设计改进空间;提出了一种利用虚拟样机结合序列二次规划算法对结构参数进行优化的方法;该方法不仅建立了较为完备的优化方案体系,为机构的进一步开发和设计提供了有利的工具,同时也为工程设计人员提供了一种优化思路。
According to virtual prototype used in machine, by method to adopt the sensitivity analysis to confirm the significance of impact on goal function of every structural parameter, and the parameters that affect goal function most are achieved. The optimization of the structural parameter was realized with combination of virtual prototyping and SQP method, and the result of study indicates this structure has space of larger improvement. The optimization method of structural parameters for the machine was carried out with the help of virtual prototype and Sequential Quadratic Programming. This new optimum design method is not only helpful for engineers- designers but provide also a complete theory system for optimum.
