摘要
荧光素钠和表面活性剂十二烷基磺酸钠混合溶液在酸性介质中对高锰酸钾-青霉素的发光反应有增敏作用,实验建立了一种流动注射化学发光快速测定青霉素的新方法。化学发光信号△I与青霉素的质量浓度在20.00—100.0mg·L^(-1)范围内呈线性关系,r=0.9993,方法的检出限为0.40mg·L^(-1),RSD(n=11)为0.60%,回收率在99.2%—101.0%之间。对不同产地。不同批号的注射用青霉素钠含量的测定结果,符合中国药典方法的要求。
Based on the micelle synergism mechanism, a chemiluminescence (CL) flow system for the determination of benzylpenicillin was described. The CL signal generated from the reaction of potassium permanganate with benzylpenicillin in acidic solution was very weak, while the interfusion of fluorescein resulted in a highly chemiluminescent intensity. The proposed procedure allows quantitation of benzylpenicillin in the range 20.0--100. 0mg·L^-1 with correlation coefficients 0. 9993 (n=5). The detection limit was 0. 40mg·L^-1 and RSD of 0. 60%(n= 11) at 50. 0mg·L^-1 benzylpenicillin. The benzylpenicillin in different injections was measured with fine recoveries ranging from 99.2% to 101.0%. This method has been applied to the determination of benzylpenicillin in injections. The results agree well with the standard of Chinese pharmacopoeia method.
