摘要 基于亚硝酸根在酸性条件下,对溴酸钾氧化尼罗蓝褪色反应有催化作用这一原理,建立了高灵敏测定痕量亚硝酸根的流动注射结合分光光度新方法。方法的线性范围为0.008—0.3μg/mL,检出限为0.02μg/mL。利用该方法对几种河水水样进行测定,结果满意。 Based on the phenomenon the color fading reaction of potassium bromate with nile blue by the catalysis of nitrite in acidic media, the flow injection-catalytic spectrophotometric method was developed for the determination of nitrite in river. Experiment conditions were optimized. The experimental results showed that the detection limit for nitrite is 0. 02μg/mL, the linear range of the determination is 0. 008--0.3μg/mL. The method can be applied to the determination of trace nitrite in river water with satisfactory results.
