火焰原子吸收光谱法测定宜州桑叶中的微量元素 被引量:9

Determination of Trace Elements in Mulberry Leaves from Yizhou City Guangxi Province by FAAS

摘要 用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了广西宜州市桑叶中的Mg、Mn、Zn、Pb、Cd、Ca、Fe、Cu、Co、Ni、Dr等11种元素。研究了测定不同元素的仪器最佳工作条件及合适的样品消化体系(即1+1 HNO_3体系)。测试结果表明:宜州桑叶中的Da和Mg含量最高,分别为10606.0mg/kg和9628.2mg/kg。其他微量元素含量大小顺序为:Mn>Fe>Zn>Cr>Ni>Cu>Co,Pb和Cd含量极低,均<0.1mg/kg。宜州桑叶中的铁含量偏低,但铬含量却严重超标。综合考虑品种及土壤背景等因素,笔者提出了调整桑园布局,加强栽培管理,提高桑叶质量的一些建议和措施。 The suitable digestive system and optimal working conditions of the instruments which used to determine different elements were studied. Eleven trace elements in mulberry leaves from Yizhou city, northwest of Guangxi province, were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). The content of Ca and Mg are relatively high,they are 10606.0mg/kg and 9628.2mg/kg respectively. The content of Mn, Fe, Zn, Cr, Ni, Cu, Co decrease in turn, Pb and Cd were not found in the samples. It is surprised that content of Fe in mulberry leaves originated in Yizhou is significantly lower than that of other province. Moreover,content of Cr in Yizhou mulberry leaves is serious exceed the national standard. There are some relationship between content of trace elements in mulberry leaves and its habitats. Mulberry varieties has some influence on the content of trace elements in its leaves. Consideration of the factors of soil background and mulberry variety, in order to develop and utilization the local resource of mulberry leaves better, some suggestions,such as to adjust sangyuan layout,strengthen the management of mulberry,improve the quality of mulberry leaves were proposed hy the authors.
