基于单片机的三元注入泵实时检测系统开发

摘要 采用单片机开发了用于三次采油的多功能三元注入泵综合参数检测系统。该系统适用于注入泵的工况现场,可用来分别测量聚合物、碱、表活剂三个注入泵的输入有功功率、入口压力和出口压力,并通过软件计算测得流量、偏差等主要性能参数,测量的结果通过上位机进行显示、数据存储和打印输出。该系统具有实时性好、操作方便、检测数据多、精度高等特点,在大庆油田获得了应用。 Multifunctional three-injecting-pump detecting system suitable for testing comprehensive parameters in tertiary process was designed using MCU. The system is suitable for working scene of three-injecting-pumps, and is using for separately testing active power of input, entry pressure and outlet pressure of three pumps-polymers, alkali, surfactants. Main performance parameters such as flow, bias were calculated by software and the result were showed, stored and printed by PC. The system has good features such as real-time feature, easy operation, more data detected, higher precision, and is used in Daqing oil field.
