直接经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术治疗急性心肌梗死92例
摘要
92例急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者接受直接经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术（PTCA）治疗,成功88例（96％）;失败而改行紧急冠状动脉桥术（CABG）4例（4％）.表明直接PTCA具有高再通率、低病死率之优点.
