11例胰十二指肠切除后消化道大出血行胰腺旷置术的护理

总结了11例胰十二指肠切除术后并发消化道大出血患者行胰腺旷置术后的护理。此类患者病情重、营养差、术后并发症多。术后严密监测并发症如胸腔积液、复合瘘、胃瘫、多脏器功能衰竭、出血等,做好胰液冲洗管周围皮肤及胰液外冲洗的护理,积极进行容量治疗,补充胰酶,纠正营养不良,做好出院指导。经采取以上措施,取得了较好的效果。

This paper summarizes the nursing care of 11 patients with pancreatic exclusion therapy undergoing gastrointestinal bleeding after pancreaticoduodenectomy. Aimed at the critical condition,poor nutrition and severe postoperative complications of these patients,the nursing care focused on careful peritoneal lavage and drainage; active fluid therapy,nutritious and pancreatic enzyme support; close monitoring of postoperative complications,such as pleural effusion,complex fistula,gastroparesis ,multiple organ failure ,bleeding,as well as discharge instruction. Positive clinical outcomes were achieved.
