维族及汉族视网膜病变患者采取音乐干预缓解术前焦虑的研究

The effects of music intervention on preoperative anxiety in Uygur and Han nationality patients with retinopathy

目的探索音乐干预对缓解维族与汉族视网膜病变患者术前焦虑的效果。方法将择期手术的维、汉族患者各60例分别分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,对照组术前给予传统常规护理,观察组在此基础上接受音乐干预7次。结果干预后观察组的焦虑状态评分(SAI)、收缩压、舒张压、心率、血皮质醇均低于对照组,维族患者较汉族患者、高学历患者较低学历患者焦虑下降明显,差异均有统计学意义。结论音乐干预可降低视网膜病变患者术前焦虑程度,护理工作者可根据患者的喜好为其选择适宜的音乐。

Objective To evaluate the effects of music intervention on preoperative anxiety in Uygur and Han nationality patients with retinopathy. Methods A total of 120 Uygur and Han nationality surgery patients with retinopathy were stratified randomly assigned into observation group and control group, there were 30 Uygur and 30 Han patient in each group respectively. Patients in the control group receiving routine nursing care while the patients in the observation group receiving additional 7 times music intervention. The patients were assessed with State-Trait Anxiety Inventory before and after the intervention. Results After the intervention,the patients＇ score,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate and blood cortisol level in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.01）. The indicators of Uygur nationality patients decreased more significantly than the Han nationality patients,so did those of patients with higher educational background compared with lower ones. Conclusion Music intervention can reduce preoperative anxiety in patients with retinopathy,especially for Uygur nationality patients and those with higher educational background.
