喉全切Ⅰ期安装低阻力型Groningen发音管发音重建的术后护理

Nursing care of patients receiving one-stage voice restoration after total laryngectomy with Groningen voice prosthesis

报告了10例喉全切除患者Ⅰ期安装低阻力型Groningen发音管发音重建的术后护理。术后护理措施包括:测量造瘘口直径,保持气管通畅,防止发音管阻塞、脱落、感染、漏液,指导和训练患者正常发音,进行出院指导等。经发音评估,本组患者总平均分为4.6分,发音效果良好。

This paper introduces the nursing care of 10 patients after total laryguectomy and one-stage voice restoration with Groningen valve voice prosthesis. The key points in the postoperative care included measuring the diameter of fistula,keeping the trachea clear,avoiding the voice prosthesis obstruction and falling off,preventing infection,avoiding leakage,guiding and training the patients to make normal articulation,and providing instructions before discharge. As a result,the patients＇ average score of acoustic parameters was 4.6 points,which indicated good effectiveness in the voice restoration.
