内镜下食管静脉曲张结扎术31例疗效观察

Observation on Effectiveness of Esophageal Varices Ligation under Endoscopy in 31 Cases

目的观察内镜下食管静脉曲张结扎术的疗效。方法对３１例食管静脉曲张破裂出血的病人行内镜下食管静脉曲张结扎术。每例平均结扎４次左右，每次平均结扎５个点左右。结果显效８０．７％，有效１２．９％，总有效率为９３．５％。近期疗效是明显的，远期疗效不太理想。结论ＥＶＬ操作简单，并发症较少。

Objective To observe the effectiveness of escophagus varices ligation(EVL) under endoscopy.Method 31 cases with esophageal varices rupture and hemorrhage received EVL.On average,each case underwent ligation about 4 times,and everytime about 5 pieces were ligated.Results The excellent effective rate was 80.7%,the good effective rate was 12.9%,the total effective rate was 93.5%.Short term effect was remarkable,but long term effect was few ideal.Conclusions EVL is the simple operation with less complication.it is the most optimal treating method for eso phageal varices rupture and hemorrhage.
