杏灵颗粒治疗胸痹(冠心病、心绞痛)的临床研究

Clinical Study on Xingling Granules for Chest Pain (Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris)

观察杏灵颗粒治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效，共选择243例，其中治疗组153例，对照组90例。疗程为6周。治疗结果，对心绞痛疗效，两组分别为92．2％和77．8％；对心电图疗效，两组分别为62．6％和53．5％。治疗组明显优于对照组。本品对不同程度，不同类型的心绞痛患者均有较好疗效。

During the clinical investigation the curative effect of Xingling Granules on coronaryheart disease was studied. 243 cases were grouped into the curative group (153 cases) andcontrol group (90 cases). The treatment course was six weeks. As a reslt,the curative effectratios of two groups for angina pectoris were 92. 2% and 77. 8%,for electrocardiogram improving rate were 62. 6% and 53. 5 %,respectively. The curative group is superior to the control group. This Chinese medicine showed the better curative effect both for the patients withthe different degree and type of angina pectoris.
