银杏酮酯对动物急性脑缺血保护作用 被引量:9

摘要 本实验研究了银杏酮酯(GBE50)对大鼠、家犬急性脑缺血的影响。结果表明:GBE50能明显改善大鼠阻断双侧颈总动脉后引起的EEG缺血性变化。且能显著对抗狗脑缺血引起的CBF减少,CVR增加,可明显降低脑缺血引起的LDH释放增加,由此改善脑循环.对急性脑缺血有较好的保护作用。GBE50对家兔血液流变学参数的影响的实验表明GBE50有预防血栓形成和促进血栓溶解作用。 In this experiment,the effects of extract of Gingko Biloba(GBE50) on the acute cerebralischemia of rat and dog have been studied. The results indicated that GBE50 could significantlyimprove EEG ischemic change of rat induced by blocking of cephalic artery of doublesides. Also it could antagonize the CBF decrease and CVR increase,and obviously decreasethe LDH release raise of dog induced by the cerebral ischemia, which suggested that it improve cerebral circulation and have the better protection action against the acute cerebral ischemia. The effect of GBE50 on blood rheology parameter of rabbit indicated that it could prevent the thrombosis and promote thrombolysis.
