日本血吸虫与幽门螺杆菌感染相关性研究

STUDY ON RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SCHISTOSOMA JAPONICUM AND HELICOBACTER PYLORI INFECTION

目的探讨日本血吸虫与幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染的相关性。方法利用Hp全菌抗原检测60例日本血吸虫病患者血清HgIgG抗体。结果日本血吸虫病组血清HpIgG抗体检出率（75.0％）明显高于对照组（46.0％），平均血清抗体滴度（2.30土0.42）亦高于对照组（2.02±0.38），血清HPIgG抗体的检出率和抗体滴度随病程的发展而升高。结论研究结果表明日本血吸虫与HP感染之间高度相关，必须加强对日本血吸虫病患者Hp感染的早期诊断和及时治疗，以控制血吸虫病变的发展，改善其预后。

Aim To investigate the relationship between Schistosomiasis japonicum and Helicobacter pylori(HP). Methods Anti-HP IgG was detected in sera from 60 patients suffered from Schistosomiasis japonicum with whole cell antigen of HP. Results The positive rate of anti-HP IgG in the patients of Schistosamiasis japonicum was 75. 0%, Significantly higher than that of control group (46. 0% ). The mean anti-HP IgG titer in the patients was 2. 30±0. 42, higher than that of control group (2. 02± 0. 38). The positive rate and the titer of anti-Hp lgG increased with the duration of disease. Conclusion The results indicated that Schistosomiasis japonicum was related to HP infection. We must diagnosis early and treat promptly the HP infection in order to control the development of advanced Schistosomiasis japonicum and improve the prognsis.
