摘要
目前水利水电技术标准中一直存在着单一安全系数法和分项系数法之争,水利标准(SL)以传统的单一安全系数法为主,少部分标准中也采用了分项系数法,而水电标准(DL)全面套改为分项系数法。对可靠度设计方法应用于水利标准15年来的情况进行了全面总结,并提出了有关建议和意见。
In the current technical standards for water resources and hydropower development,the methods of Single Safety Factor and Partial Safety Factor become the preferences of different users. Single Safety Factor Method is commonly used by water standards,but Partial Safety Factor Method is seldom applied. However, Partial Safety Factor Method is widely adopted by hydropower standards. A comprehensive summary is made to the application of reliability design method by water standards over the past 15 years. Recommendations are also given.
