摘要
通讯功能是所有变频器都会配置的,如提供RS232、RS485串行通讯或总线通讯,目前有很多远程控制、自动控制等都会用到该功能。但是变频器通讯一旦故障,涉及面会特别广。本文将主要探讨变频器通讯故障形成的原因及其处理措施,并以"远程盒无法通讯"案例阐述了通讯故障排除的步骤。
The communication is the basic function in AC inverter, such as RS232, RS485, field bus commnunication, and so on. Now the remote control and automatic control will use these function widely. But if the communication is of malfunction, the whole system will be shut down. This paper analyzes the inverter communication fault causes, as well as communication fault problem to solve some common measures. Fionaly the example of ＂remote operator out of communication＂ is explained and the communication troubleshooting steps are carried out.
