摘要
为了推动《建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准》GB50300-2001修订工作的开展,结合工程验收监督工作中遇到的一些实际问题,对建筑观感质量评定、验收标准与住宅分户验收的关系以及施工许可、竣工验收、备案三者有机联系等问题提出了意见与建议。
To push the revision of Standard of Construction Quality Acceptance GB50300-2001, according to the practice problems meet in project acceptance, opinion and suggestion on relation of building impression, acceptance standard and residence acceptance as well as organic contact between construction permission, final acceptance of construction and filing.
