摘要
目的证明细菌及其产物包括内毒素等是刺激和调节粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)产生的主要物质。方法实验采用酶联免疫法(双抗体夹心法)对50例不同病因的脑膜炎患者脑脊液中的G-CSF水平进行了测定。结果化脓性脑膜炎、病毒性脑膜炎、结核性脑膜炎患者脑脊液中的G-CSF水平均较正常值明显升高(P<0.001),其中以化脑升高最为明显。结论G-CSF可作为颅内感染性疾病患者诊断的重要依据。
Objectives To confirm bacterium and its production(including endotoxin)are important materia what stimulated and adjusted the product of G-CSF. Methods Using ELISA, the level of G - CSF was determined in 50 cases CSF of the vary cause meningitis.Results The level of G-CSF with purulent meningitis, tubercular meningitis and viral meningitis was obviously higher than normal value(P<0. 001), and the level of G - CSF with purulent meniedtis was highest. Conclusions G - CSF could be used as important index of diagnosis of intracranial infections
