摘要
通过模拟电热毯在各种条件下工作并引起火灾的过程,制备出不同形貌特征的电热丝,然后分别用体式显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察电热丝表面的宏观和微观形貌,通过比较和分析其火灾痕迹特征,鉴别出电热毯在火灾发生前的工作状态,为电热器具火灾原因的准确认定提供依据,并提出一种新的鉴定技术——微观形貌法。
In this paper, by simulating the process of electric blanket working in different conditions and cause fire, we obtain the heating wires with different morphology, then observe the macro - morphology of the heating wire' s surface by stereomicroscope and observe the micro - morphology by scanning electric microscope. Through comparing and analyzing the characteristics of their fire traces, we distinguish the working states of electric blanket before fire happens, so we can provide a basis to find the exact fire reasons of electric appliance and propose a new technical method micro - morphological method.
