不同煤尘细胞毒性与金属元素关系的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解不同煤质的细胞毒性及其与金属元素含量之间的关系。方法∶应用体外细胞毒性试验研究不同变质期煤尘———无烟煤与气煤对家兔肺泡巨噬细胞的存活率、吞噬率、吞噬指数及坏变率的影响。结果∶无烟煤尘染毒组家兔肺泡巨噬细胞的存活率、吞噬率、吞噬指数均明显低于气煤组(P<001),细胞坏变率则明显高于气煤组(P<001)。结论∶不同变质期煤尘细胞毒性不一,无烟煤细胞毒性大于气煤;细胞毒性与煤尘中金属元素含量之间有一定的关系,其中Mn。 Objective: To study the ralationship between cytotoxicity and metal elements in different coal dusts Methods: cytotoxicity tests in vitro were used to study the effects of different coal dusts-anthracite and bituminife on surviving rate, phagocytic rate, phagocytic index and necrotic rate of the rabbit alveolar macrophages (AM) Results: Surviving rate, phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of the rabbit′s AM in the anthracite group were lower than that of the bituminite group ( P <0 01) Necrotic rate of the anthracite group was significantly higher than that of the bituminite group Conclusion: Cytotoxicity varies with the different coal dusts Cytotoxicity of the anthracite is higher than that of the bituminite The metal elements in different coal dusts exhibits some effects on cytotoxicity The cytotoxicity of coal dusts containing more manganese and nickle appears higher
