干燥综合征患者血及唾液中β_2微球蛋白浓度与血清自身抗体及唇腺中淋巴细胞浸润的关系

THE CORRELATION AMONG β 2 MICROGLOBULIN, THE SELF-ANTIBODY AND THE INFILTRATION OF LYMPHOCYTE IN THE LIPGLANDS OF PATIENTS WITH XEROSIS

目的：观察干燥综合征患者血、唾液中β２微球蛋白浓度变化与血清中自身抗体的关系及唾液中β２微球蛋白浓度与唇腺中淋巴细胞浸润程度的相关性。方法∶采用放射性免疫法分别测定干燥综合征患者血及唾液中β２微球蛋白浓度，同时行唇腺活检。结果∶血中β２微球蛋白浓度与干燥综合征等自身免疫病患者血清中自身抗体呈正相关，干燥综合征患者唇腺中淋巴细胞浸润程度与其唾液中β２微球蛋白浓度呈正相关。结论∶血中β２微球蛋白浓度变化可做为对干燥综合征等自身抗体阳性的自身免疫性疾病患者病情活动性及治疗效果观察的一个指标，唾液中β２微球蛋白浓度可做为间接指标用于对干燥综合征患者唇腺淋巴细胞浸润程度的观察。

Objective: To investigate the correlation among the β 2 microglobulin in the blood, urine, spittle of the patients with xerosis, the self-antibody in their serum and the infiltrative lymphocytes in the lipglands Methods:β 2 microglobulin in the blood, urine, spittle and sell-antibody in serum of the patients were separately tested, meanwhile biopsy of the lipglands was performed Results: Positive correlation between β 2 microglobulin in blood, ruine, spittle of the patients and the self-antibody in their serum was found, positive correlation between β 2 microglobulin in the spittle and the infiltrative lymphocytes in their lipglands was also discovered Conclusions: Variety of β 2 microglobulin in blood,urine can be taken as a standard for observing the advance of the disease and outcome of treatment Variety of β 2 microglobulin in spittle can be taken as an indirect standard for calculating the extention of infiltration of lymphocyte in lipglands, but it is not an unique criterion
