摘要
目的：观察早期康复治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体运动功能恢复的影响。方法：将８０例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为康复组（Ｒ）和对照组（Ｃ），均接受脑血管病常规药物治疗。康复组同时进行以运动疗法为主的康复治疗。两组均在治疗前和治疗两个月后用Ｂｒｕｎｎｓｔｒｏｍ６级法和Ｂａｒｔｈｅｌ指数法进行运动功能评定。结果：康复组的肢体运动功能及日常生活活动（ＡＤＬ）能力的改善均明显好于对照组，两组比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜００５）。
Objective: To observe the effects of early rehabilitation treatment on functional recovery of hemiplegic extremities in patient with cerebral apoplexy Methods: A controlled study was carried out 80 stroke patients were randomly divided into rehabilitation group(R) (receiving ordinary medical treatment of cerebrovascular accident and rehabilitation treatment of movement therapy) and control group(C) (receiving ordinary medical treatment of cerebrovascular accident only) Before and two months after the therapy, the movement functions of the two groups were evaluated by the methods of 6 stages of Brunnstrom and ADL Barthel Index Results: The results showed that the extremity motor function and ADL (activity of daily living) were significantly improved, as compared with control group There was significant difference between the two groups ( P <0 05) Conclusions∶the early rehabilitation treatment for functional recovery of hemiplegic extremities in stroke patients plays an important role
