校院联合培养护士核心能力的探索

Exploration of cultivating nursing core competencies by "Academy-Hospital" joint

为了探讨“校院联合，定向培养，提升护士核心能力”的护理人才培养模式，厦门医学高等专科学校与厦门长庚医院建立校院联合办学的模式，以技术应用能力为支撑制订新型人才培养方案，采取课程精简、融合、重组等多种形式，优化课程结构，从而建立具有鲜明护理专业特色、提升护士核心能力的新课程体系。采取灵活多样的护理教学方法．实行实验训练、见习、实习带教厦门长庚医院“一贯制”。

In order to discuss the effect of the talent fostering mode of ＂Academy-Hospital joint,job--oriented training,enhancing nursing core competency＂ , the school-running mode of ＂Academy-Hospital＂ joint was built up between Xiamen Medical College and Xiamen Chang Gung Hospital,and the new talent training program was established on the basis of improving students＇ application capability of technology. We optimized the course structure and established a new and distinctive nursing course system by simplicity,integration,and amalgamation of curriculum. The flexible nursing teaching methods were used,and the coherent was implemented in aspects of school-inside training,clinical probation and internship in Xiamen Chang Gung Hospital,in order to improve the students＇ nursing core competencies.
