摘要
本文对近几年我国进口生物材料的检验检疫现状进行了分析,提出了对科研机构研发自用的进境生物材料的检验检疫监管模式创新思路,包括风险分类管理、研发机构考核备案、简化审批流程、加快查验速度、加强后续监管等,通过在上海张江高科技园区的试点,新模式不仅有效提高了生物材料通关速度,还显著提升了研发机构的生物安全防护水平。
This paper analyzed the inspection and quarantine status of the entry bio - samples in recent years. An innovative supervision mode for the research - aimed entry bio - samples was set up, including supervising based on risk classification, assessing the laboratory, speed of inspection, and so on. This mode level of the laboratory when it was practiced simplifying the procedure of examination and approval, prompting the obviously accelerated the clearance speed and enhanced the bio - safety in Shanghai Zhangjiang High Technology Park.
