广佛同城的发展条件和障碍分析

广佛同城作为珠三角一体化的最佳试点和突破口,已是"天时、地利、人和"齐备。广佛地域相连,文化同根;交通一体,硬件对接;产业互补,经济相融;共识深厚,政通人和。然而,广佛同城依然面临诸多难题和障碍,并不能一蹴而就。只有搞好利益协调,认真解决好内部整合、利益分配、适度竞争、城市管理、跨区协调等关键问题,实现政府和市场的"握手",才能形成"1+1>2"的共振效应,真正同城化。
