区域一体化发展模式的形成往往离不开特定的政治、经济、文化、社会、制度背景。本研究通过对日本区域一体化发展模式的梳理,分析并总结其先进的理念和成功经验(如政府角色的转变、通过地方分权为区域管理创造新的空间、新的公共机构的设置、新制度安排带来的空间组织优化等)。试图为加快中国区域一体化发展进程提供具有参考价值的建议。

The conformation of development model of regional integration have closely relattion with specific political, economic, cultural, social and institutional context. This study will through grooming regional integration development model of Japan.Pass analysis and summary of its advanced concept and the successful experience （Such as changes in the role of government, through decentralization to creat the new space for regional management , set up new public institutions, the new institutional system brought optimizing of the spatial organization, etc.） Attempt to speed up the development of China＇s regional integration process of the proposed reference value.
