本文从银行系统安全性和衍生品风险监管两个角度,分析了法兴银行案例发生的具体原因,并结合我国商业银行操作风险管理、衍生品交易管理、人员素质等方面的现状,探讨了这一案例对我国商业银行的启示,这些启示主要包括:加强操作风险的防范,增强系统可靠性,加强风控人员素质,多渠道监控银行风险。

This paper analyzes the reason of ＂Faxing Tragedy＂ from two aspects： the safety of banking system and the risk management of financial derivative. The case tells us beneficial experience on establishing internal control mechanism in our country, such as operational risk, financial derivative and human resources management.
