Urban village reconstruction’s interest relater analysis——take Guangzhou Liede village as example

城中村改造是一项涉及多个相关主体的工程,如何协调好各方利益并实现共赢是改造工作顺利进行以及最后获得成功的关键。本文将以广州第一个城中村改造试点——猎德村作为研究对象,通过分析其改造过程中政府、村民和开发商之间的利益协调关系,总结其顺利改造的成功经验,从而为其他城中村的改造工作提供实践和理论借鉴。

The reconstruction of urban village is an activity related to several parties. And how to balance their interests is one of the most significant factors which will determine the result of reconstruction. This article will take liede as the object of study which is the first village reconstructed in Guangzhou, and analyze the balance of mutual relations among the government, village residents and developers. By learning the successful experience of liede we hope to give some suggestions for the government and villages on reconstruction.
